The maccam program seems to be working fine outside of the Connect Pro Meeting, but the Adobe Flash Player settings 'Cannot find camera'. I've tried restarting and having the program open before entering the meeting.

Hi!  Here is the process that we hope will work for you and anyone else who is having a difficult time getting their webcam to work in the Video Conference rooms.

1.  Go to the VC room and right click on the Camera and Voice Pod.  You will see two choices pop up.  Click on the first choice, "Settings".

2.  You will see a dialogue box pop up after clicking on Settings.  Choose the Camera icon at the bottom of the settings dialogue box.

3.  Another dialogue box with a drop down menu will pop up.  Scroll through the list of webcam options.  When you find the name of your webcam, click on it and then hit "close".  This should tell Adobe Connect which web cam to connect to.

Please let us know if this does not solve your webcam connection problems!

It turns out that this type of camera works on its own, and does not link to any other software. I tried a different camera and it seems to work now. Thanks!
