If your camera is not working, you have to download the driver Adobe Connect Pro offers you, then relaunch the window and your camera will work.

In addition, if your iChat is on, it will take over your camera, and it won't connect with Adobe Connect.  So make sure that your iChat is turned off to avoid confusing your iSight camera.
