I am a new mentor and was trying to check picture and sound quality before my first VC tomorrow.  I am using a MAC computer.  When i go into the test room and see the pods, there is no camera icon being displayed at the bottom left corner of the Camera and Voice Pod. Any idea why icons are not showing up?

The rooms are set up so that its features don't work unless there is a "host" in the room.  This is a safety feature.  When you log in without a host, you are considered a "participant"; this is why you cannot share anything (participants are in the rooms in listening mode only.)  If you would like to practice, please let any of our staff members know and we will set up a time to log in with you.  Please, let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
