When this happens your first step of action should always be to make sure that your camera is plugged in. If the camera is in fact plugged in, follow these steps to make sure that it is correctly activated:
In Connect (all OS)
- Right click anywhere in the conference room.
- Click on Settings
- Click on the Camera icon at the bottom
- Make sure that the right Camera is highlighted in the dropdown menu.
- Go back to the conference room
- Click on Pod Options in the Camera and Voice pod
- Make sure that the camera is On
- Make sure that the lens protector is removed…
