Eznet is the Internet Platform created and used by Infinite Family for all metoring relationships. By using the Eznet Website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (this "Agreement"), whether or not you register as a member ("Member"). If you wish to become a Member, communicate with other Members and make use of the Eznet services (the "Service"), please read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance by following the instructions in the Registration process.

This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the Website.
Eznet may modify this Agreement from time to time and such modification shall be effective upon posting by Eznet on the Website. You agree to:
1. Only contact your Net Buddy/Net Family via Email, Videoconferencing, Online Chat and Instant Messaging through this secure IF Website, the Ezomndeni Net.
2. Maintain the safety, security and privacy of the Net Buddy/Net Family at all times.
3. Keep confidential the information shared with me by my Net Buddy/Net Family.
4. Be faithful in maintaining all scheduled appointments with my Net Buddy/Net Family.
5. Abide by the guidelines set forth in the training for all my interactions with my Net Buddy/Net Family.
6. Not raise expectations and/or make promises that cannot be fulfilled.
7. Honor all commitments made to Infinite Family and my Net Buddy/Net Family.
8. Complete follow-up surveys from IF staff in a timely manner.
9. Attend additional trainings or meetings as they become necessary.
10. Arrange any visits with my Net Buddy/Net Family only with the direct cooperation of Infinite Family staff.

I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED ABOVE.
